How to remove sections from Add Product page in admin

    Hello. When adding a product to my site, I’d like to remove some of the options available like “Product Tags” or “Product Short Description”. Specifically for site authors, but site wide would be fine too. A de cluttering exercise for users. Thanks!

  • In the product editing screen, expand the “Screen Options” which is located at the top right, right before “Help”. Uncheck “Product Tags” and “Product Short Description” or other sections you wish to be not displayed.

    Thanks Kharis. I’m aware of that option, but it doesn’t make the changes for all my site’s users. Plus there are some meta boxes that plugins put there that do not appear on the screen options. Cheers.

    Hi,

    I am not sure if i may ask here of my problem.
    I am using woocommerce. And I am also using ‘Woo Checkout Field Editor Pro’ plugin because of adding some fields.

    I’ve added billing_address_3 and shipping_address_3. And I’ve checked on ‘Display in Emails’ and ‘Display in Order Detail Pages’.
    If I order a product, I recieve a mail with ‘added billing_address_3 and shipping_address_3’ on ‘Display in Order Detail Pages’.
    But there is no billing_address_3 and no shipping_address_3 on my email.

    In short, i want to see shipping_address_3 next to shipping_address_2 and
    billing_address_3 next to billing_address_2.
    What do i have to do?
