How to remove ‘search’ words on my page

  • Not quite sure how else to describe this but suddenly a bunch of words on my pages have an ‘eyeglass’ and are a link to search for the same word within my site.

    it makes more sense if you look at the page.

    How did this suddenly start and how do I get rid of it?
