• I was playing around with adding sale prices to one of my product categories using the bulk edit tool. Seems to work fine, but when I tried to remove the sale price, it didn’t work. For example – my original price was $9.95. I bulk edited the sale prices to decrease the regular price by 15%. To return the price to normal, it looks like I have to manually edit the prices of each product, or tell it to decrease the regular price by 0%, which then shows both the regular price ($9.95 with the striked out line through it) right next to the sale price ($9.95).

Any ideas how to bulk edit to remove the sale price completely?

  • I would love to know too, havent been able to figure it out without having to edit each individual which seems incorrect…

In ‘Products’ -> ‘Products’ select all the items you want to bulk edit.
    Select ‘Edit’ from ‘Bulk Actions’.
In the bulk edit panel, under ‘Product Data’ change ‘Sale:’ option to ‘Change to:’. Keep the input filed empty that appears after selecting ‘Change to:’ and click the ‘Update’ button.

WooCommerce stores meta data Sale Price and Price for each product. When sale price meta data is changed to empty it removes the sale price from a product.

    Hope that helps.
