How to remove 'Reply To' & website IP address from wordpress email

Hello,

Blog author is getting email when someone comment it. The email contains, the person details who commented. Email address, Name, IP address, URL, WhoIs lookup IP.

Also, when sending the email to blog author, the mail is going to the person who commented. I wanted to remove the commented person email id as well.

Please help me with this issues.
