How to Remove Read More on post page without removing on blog page

Hi!
I used the autoimport tool to bring in posts.
I want to remove the Read more button on the post page, it is linked to itself so it has no use and looks weird. I want to keep it on the blog page though so that you can click it to go to the full article… Please let me know if this is possible and if so how to do it! Thank you.
