how to remove "rate our site"

  • Hi,

    Whenever I visit my site, i get this popup “rate our site”. Pls tell me a way to get rid of this without disabling the comments. Thanks

  • Could you provide more details, such as:

    • what version of WordPress you are running?
    • A list of plugins
    • Any changes you have made recently with you site
    • The name of your Theme

    I have just started having this problem, as well! These popups annoy me on other sites, it’s even more frustrating when it appears on my own and I have no idea why. I would appreciate help with this, as well, please!!

    I am running WP 4.2.2 with the Travel Blogger theme on https://paper-tiger.org. The only recent changes I made were to update the plugins, and add a new blog post today.
    My plugins are:
    Akismet
    Google Analytics
    Hotfix
    Huge IT Image Gallery (free)
    jetpack by wordpress.com
    Simple Subscribe
    WP super cache

    Thanks for ur reply, i’m using WordPress version 4.2.2. Following are the plugins i have in my blog:

    1) Acunetix
    2) Akismet
    3) Hello Dolly
    4) Jetpack
    5) Simple subscribe
    6) Social media feather
    7) Tablepress
    8) WP-pro-quiz

    Theme: GeneratePress

    I assigned administrator status to 3 of my partners and one accepted my request
