How to remove preconnect to Google Analytics?

    Hi, @daanvandenbergh I am now using the Minimal Analytics GA4, so the preconnect to google analytics necessary?

    Your plugin automatically requests the preconnect which is good, but for GDPR is it right?

    Anyway, as I have switched to minimal analytics so how can we remove the pre-connect request to Google Analytics?

    The Preconnect isn’t added when either Compatibility Mode is enabled, or when Stealth Mode is enabled.

    For GDPR it doesn’t matter, because a preconnect header doesn’t send an IP address to the connecting server.
