How to remove "posted by …" on Pages with the Default template

I have not made my site public yet. It’s only local.

On each page there is a line just underneath the Page title, which looks like:

Posted By : joe August 02, 2016 No Comments ?

I would like to remove those lines.

This meta information are displays on blog and on posts, not on pages.

Do you want to hide them from posts?

I use Matrix Premium 1.5.3.

The meta information is deplayed on both posts AND pages. I want to hide them from the pages.
