How to remove post publishing and updating date

    I tried FIVE different ways of that found via google and it’s not working.
    It’s still there. I don’t understand why.
    Could someone explain it for a dummie? How to remove it succesfully?

  • Hi,

    Published and updated dates are required for Google structured data markup.

    If you want to remove it, you can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Advanced options -> Performances and SEO
    Find the setting -> Use Structured Data Markup for your posts
    Uncheck this option and save changes.
