How to remove “post Author” from event page?

    Hello,

    Where is the setting to disable showing the author for events? My events show the post author in the upper left above the event info, and I don’t see a way from within editing the event to not display this.

    Good morning.

    The author is not output by the plugin but by your theme.

    You can either hide it with CSS

    Or if you have a child theme copy single.php to single-event.php and edit out the author code

    Or depending on your theme settings or theme support use them to remove author from custom post types
