How to remove plugin?

I use wordpress 2.7 to my blog: https://www.westprog.com. I like using wordpress 2.7 that allows me to install a new plugin without having to upload and extract manually. But there are some plugins that I want to delete. Can I remove the plugin I have installed without having to go to my file manager ? Can I delete the plugin via the wp-admin?
