How to Remove pixel contraints for Image in Header

Hello,
I am working in a template made by WebFactory. In the top ribbon in the header on the left there is a place to insert and image. Currently the width is restricted and only allows for a very narrow image. How can this be changed?

The issue is at the top left with the tiny logo that says “total saddle fit”.
