How to remove or rename "select a contact" dropdown box

    I put multiple email ids in the ’email to’ box, one for each of the options in a selection box that I have in my form (this box asks the user to select an experience level out of 4 options)

    This automatically generates a “select a contact” selection box that I don’t need in my form.

    Is there a way to remove the “select a contact” box or to prevent it from getting generated?
