How to Remove Manage Subscriptions Link?

If you upgrade to SendPress 1.0, you can use our new template system. You can edit every part of the message, including removing the manage subscription link. I’d advise against that since it’s a CAN Spam violation. If you only have 1 public list, then they won’t see any other lists on the manage page. I’ll have some documentation on the new templates out in the next week or so.
