    Good afternoon,

We have a working Postman setup. When submissions are made through the website we notice in the mail log that receipts are being sent to two mail addresses that are not a part of the website build anymore.
I would like to remove those recipients.

    For an example see below:

    Van: thebridge <thebridge.amsterdam>
Aan: [email protected] (recipient to be removed)
    Antwoord-Aan: thebridge.amsterdam
    Datum: 2022-07-01 13:40:03
Onderwerp: Bedankt voor je reactie. We nemen binnen 48 uur contact met je op
    Leverings -URI: smtp:tls:oauth2://smtp.gmail.com:587`

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @woodstock67

    Hope you are doing good.

Can you please share the Post SMTP Settings page screenshot or video?

there must be another email added to your website form settings? can you check the form settings?

Also, share the Diagnostic test report here.

    Thanks

    @woodstock67

Which contact form plugin are you using? did you check your website admin email? is there any user account created on your website of that email [email protected] ?

    (@woodstock67)

I am using the contact form plugin within the Elementor Pro theme.

What do you mean by “check the website admin email”? The admin has an email address.

Yes, there is one account associated with the email addresses.
There was another account (associated with @creativemountains.nl) which I have deleted, but that email address is still receiving receipts.

If you tell me how to attach screenshots to the forum I can show you what I am seeing.
