I want to temporarily deactivate the plugin and test the site with local images but when I try all images break on the site.

The lite version of the plugin doesn’t appear to have options for storing local versions of the images (as i’ve seen you mention elsewhere) and we’re currently using Amazon S3 to store the image files.

How do i deactivate the plugin and keep the images working?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you turn on the “Remove Files From Server” setting by chance?

If so, before turning off WP Offload Media Lite’s “Rewrite Media URLs” setting, or deactivating the plugin, you’ll need to download the media to the server again.

WP Offload Media has a built in tool for that.

I am having a problem removing the lite version of the plugin as well. I can remove it but the images are still loading from amazon. How do I remove this? The directions I find searching do not match this light version.

There’s an uninstall guide on our site.

I’m having the same problem with Offload Media Lite.

After I’ve disabled the plugin and removed the files from the AWS bucket the images are broken, even though the local copies have been preserved in the media library.

Images are still being served from the Cloudfront CDN and the links haven’t reverted back to their original locations in the media library, even though I’ve removed the CDN from the settings before disabling the plugin. I’ve also removed the CDN CNAME record from the site’s DND records.

Could you please help me? How do I serve images from the media library?

Do I need to clean the database? How do I do it? I don’t understand the instrucions in the uninstall guide, I’m confused.

    Thank you!
