How to Remove ‘Leave a Review’ Form from product reviews?

I have commenting turned off in wordpress.

But I still don’t know how to Remove ‘Leave a Review’ Form from product reviews. Reviews should only be possible via CR invitation.

this option in the app is disabled:
Review Form
Display a review form on product pages. If you would like to protect your site from SPAM reviews and allow customers to submit reviews only via invitations (review reminders), this option should be disabled.
