By using the support form in xili-language, you will check some details and infos about your install (local or not), theme, permalink description and more to help me to make a diagnosis… but I receive nothing.. Are you working on a local install ? Is your install able to send email (created by the form..) Have you a visible URI ? Please try to use the form here

Hi i am using wordpress multisite. i am using xili-dictionary plugin. when i build po/mo files, it generated in upload files. is there any option in xili-dictionay plugin to save files on wp-content/languages/themes/.po and .mo. is it possible to generate po/mo files using xili-dictionary without using xili-language plugin?

xili-dictionary plugin can be used w/o xili-language or multilingual plugin. Recently, it can be used with Polylang. Here you must create the language list via XD settings. The features in WP network (multisite) context were old and currently made for developers . The best way for you yet is to move files via ftp.
    Good work.
