How to REMOVE Infolinks Ads ?

I have installed Infolinks plugin for my Blog gamunation.com one month back.Later,as i started using other ad networks,i thought of removing infolinks ads.I have deleted the Infolinks plugin.The ads still show up.I have also searched for infolinks in my header and Footer php files.Still no success.When i view my page source code,i find Infolinks=0 code which i have to change to Infolinks=1.So,how do i access my blogs source code ? Please Help me..!!
