How to remove hook_wp_head in the wp_head？

    I want to remove hook_wp_head in wp_head,
    and i use remove_action( ‘wp_head’, ‘hook_wp_head’ ),
    He does not seem to work,
    what should I do? can you help me?

    The purpose of my doing this is that I want to use amp technology, plugin broken-link-checker placed in the style fragment of wp_head hinder amp,Thanks.
