How to remove home page title from blog post title?

  • Today, I have published one blog post on my WordPress blog. I come to know that, blog post contain home page title after blog post title. So, How can I remove it?

    It seems the last part is added by the SEO plugin. Check for its settings.

    I have added following syntax for page title & blog post title.

    %%title%% | Decor Bubbles

    But, I can not see change in page title & blog post title. So, How can I do it? I want to similar to following one.
