How to remove hideous text

On one of my customers website ( https://frankappliancesrepair.com/ ) theirs a very “unsolicited” text that’s right under “Contacts Us” and “Cleaning Tips”. By using the DOM Explorer on both Chrome and IE, the “text” seems to live in the topbar div on the main page. I’ve been trying to look for a way to remove this “text”, but I’ve had no luck. Can some one please help me with this issue?

Note: Every time i log in as an admin the “text” would disappear, and it would stay that way when i logged out. But when i restart the browser the “text” would reaper again.
