How do I customize elements in red boxes or delete them?

They are on the individual product page (1&2).

Cart page (3), and Checkout page (4).

    Hi @tsirikunthanachai

    Thanks for reaching out!

I apologize if I don’t understand what you are referring to here.

Can you please provide further details of what you are trying to achieve here so that we could point you in the right direction?

If a screenshot would be helpful, I’d recommend using https://snipboard.io or https://skitch.com/. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

Thank you so much for your reply xue28 (woo-hc) (@xue28), especially the site to host my images.

I did put all of them on ScreenCast and pasted their URLs here, but they won’t show up. I didn’t know what to do.

I used ThriveThemes and installed WooCommerce, too. I can only change some parts of the look and feel of those pages but not the ones in those boxes, as they don’t show up on my dashboard.

If you can help, that would be excellent.
Ideally, I would like to be able to edit those items inside the boxes. But I think it may be too hard for now. I don’t mind to delete them.

    Thanks,

    Mai

    Hi @tsirikunthanachai

Thanks for sharing the screenshots, these are helpful! ??

Inspecting on your site, this has something to do with your theme or another third-party plugin present on your site. Additionally, this is not part of the core functionalities of WooCommerce.

These items can be hidden using some custom CSS code. But first, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @xue28,

Thank you so much for your help. I really appreciate that.

I am so sorry to have you look into something that you shouldn’t. I am using a theme that also offers a way to customize those pages. The problem was that I couldn’t find those templates – product, cart, checkout, etc.

It was solved by really looking into their system and clicking “show” all templates, as the default view only shows “core” templates.

When you told me that “Inspecting on your?site, this has something to do with your theme or another third-party plugin present on your site. Additionally, this is not part of the core functionalities of WooCommerce.”

I had the ah-ha moment. I looked a lot closer. I was stuck with that problem and really looking for a way to style it for quite sometimes.

Thank you so much for your help. I sincerely appreciate your help. I am so sorry to have to put you to work on something that you shouldn’t.

    Have a great day,
    Mai
