How to remove gaps

    Hello, Could someone assist me in removing the (white) gaps between the footer and bottom of content area and doing the same at the top between the header and start of content area ideally I’d like to know how to a) change the colour of the gaps & b) lessen the size of gap or remove completely.

    Thank you so much for using Corporate Plus theme. While viewing the demo of this theme, the gap looks fine. Would you please provide your site URL so that i can view the actual problem and mentor you to solve the problem? You can use the theme support forum for dedicated support as well.

    Would it be possible for you to just point out where I need to look I should be able to figure it out from there using the demo as a reference
