How to remove from user receiving message

From user receiving message, they can see:

<p>Author: Sen</p>
<p>Comment: Testing live site. </p>

May I know how to remove those <p>, they can only see :

Comment Link: https://example.com/art-of-tea/#comment-4
Author: Sen
