How to remove form after the data is sent?

    I have just downloaded your plugin for my project. It is a community website, the form is for voting. What I want to do is to make the form disappear from the page, when the data is sent, so that each member would vote only once.

    Dear @kaylawest ,

    That is possible, to hide the for after it is submitted, check the forms settings, Action on form submit.
    You will see the Hide Form on Submit option there.
