How to remove footer text powred by wordpress and running on 2016 theme?

    please help I’m using buddypress in activity it always shows ” powred by wordpress and running on 2016 theme” I want to remove that text plz help

    Footer text to be removed

    That text is not added by WPtouch, so you may need to contact the folks over at BuddyPress, or at the plugin that is adding it. However, looking at your site openupward.com, it looks like you were able to remove it.

    the footer which i want to remove it only shows in “activity” page only .
    if you have any solution plz help..

    Hi,

    You can remove that text by adding the CSS below to Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS.

    #infinite-footer {
display: none !important;
}
