1. For the footer section, you can find the codes on acmethemes/hooks/footer.php and customize everything on your need.
2. You can find the footer section on Appearance > Customize > Widget and check the widgets there.
3. If you just want to remove the footer powered by text, you can just follow this blog post.
4. You can change the copyright text from appearance > customize > footer options and change the text as your need.
