How to remove Featured image from top of Pages

Before I go ripping into the theme’s code, is there a simple option to remove the featured image from the top of Pages like there is from the top of posts?

For posts, there is an option in customize, I can’t find one for pages ….. and I really don’t want to make a child theme for just one issue.
