how to remove FB junk at end of URL

We are getting 404 errors from FB links such as:
etc.
These all are generating 404 errors.
I would like all of these to redirect to:
https://genes2teens.com/newsletter-signup/How can I do this? I’ve tried several regex options but all of them are generating errors such as this:
This page isn’t workinggenes2teens.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
