How to remove extra space on start lines with EnlighterJS

Thanks for the awesome project (EnlighterJS)
Im having an issue of a space showing up at start of long lines and maybe its just a setting but I can’t find it.
I use long lines in plaintext alot. However as you see the starting lines appear pushed over 1 space. I want everything aligned to the same space. By the way the issue disappears when I disable word wrapping (text overflow set to scrollbar), however, I prefer to use word wrapping in most cases.
A couple of questions
Ordered from most important to least.
1. Can anything be done to fix the issue described above: space at the start of long lines?
2. Can I toggle wordwrap on and off just for different code blocks. I see that its a general setting with this option.
3. Is there a way to make the line number’s width take up less space. You can see in screenshot below how there is alot of whitespace to the right and left of the line numbers.
