• Hi there …
well, usually I’m the last person who needs help, but wanting to know how to remove the actual text “Email Subscription” above the email form box, since redundant in modern browsers and not auto-removed when custom intro text added? Is there a hook, or should I just hack the apprporiate print out section in the plugin (any pointer where)?

You might have filter for this also.

    Anyway — thanks ??

Likely a good solution for future update is to have the intro text “turn off” that “Email Subscription” line.

    Thanks!!

    Hi neotrope.

Is it the widget title? It can be left empty to hide the title.

    Hi zourbuth,

I get the same problem. Regardless of what one puts in the “widget title” field, there’s a string reading “Email Subscription” that keeps appearing just above the e-mail form.

I inspected it, and it looks like it has a class applied to it as “screen-reader-text”. I’m not sure how I could go about removing it. It’s particularly out of place if one’s deploying the plugin on a page that’s not in English. As I said, changing the widget title does not address the problem.

    Thanks for your help!
