How to remove duplicate title tags after changing url address?

I changed the permalink of some of the posts on my blog and then after few days I changed it back to the old ones. Now, my webmaster tools shows duplicate title tags for only 3 posts and the rest were solved on their own. How to fix these 3 urls quickly and tell google that they’re changed to old urls.
