How to remove contact form I added

  • After typing up my first page, I selected “add contact form”. One click and it was placed in the second column of that page. I typed a blurb above it. I just wanted to be able to collect people’s names and email addresses and hoped it worked like an autoresponder so I could send some FREEBIES in exchange for their info. On trying it and having my partners try it, we could not tell where the input information went and the other problem was this added contact form with our message appears on every page including the posts. I want to get rid of that form. How?

    Addendum to the above. I thought since it took one click to add the form, I should only have to unclick it but not so.
