How to remove comments box?

Depends upon the theme being used but most commonly by removing <?php comments_template( ); ?> from single.php

Its on Mystique. I removed that line from the single.php with no result.

Figured it out. Just a matter of unchecking the box that says “allow comments” on each individual page.

Where do you find that for each page?
