How to remove colon after label?

I’m sorry that would be unavailable. However, you can completely hide the field labels from the Advanced Options- https://prnt.sc/1hm1mqp.
After that, it will show the output with the list-style only, and if you want to hide the list style, you can use the bellow CSS to get a clear view.
.wpuf_customs {list-style: none;}
