There are several ways to do that.
Global images are set via Appearance > Customize > General Options > Page Title. You can set your own image or simply change the Page Title style to a different one.
On individual pages/posts, these are changed when you open page/post in WordPress, scroll down to OceanWP Settings, go to section Title and set your own image (if any set). If not, your featured image will be displayed in that field.
Of course, you also have the option to change the Page Title style for individual pages/posts. Note, Ocean Extra plugin is needed for these individual page/post settings.
