how to remove broken skip link

Hi

The skip link provided in the theme does not work. Can you tell me how I can remove it please?

The broken skip link goes to href="#content". It does nothing at all but it is found by accessibility checkers and displays an error.

If you press tab on the keyboard 4 times, it’s the ‘skip to content’ link that appears at the top left of the screen. The first three skip links are ones that I have added myself with a plugin (WP Accessibility)
