Good morning! So I launched my site recently and I’m liking the look and feel so far but there’s one thing that is bugging me beyond words.

When I go to visit the site via mobile device, my clean menu disappears and is replaced with an ugly, simple blue drop down menu. Also, in this mode, my “features posts” seem to not be displayed. I will scroll down to the bottom of the page and hit “view full site” and it will disappear and look normal, but my hope is that it will be gone IN mobile mode, as well. I just want it to work! Lol

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to disable the ‘Mobile theme’ option in Jetpack plugin. There’s no reason to use that option when the theme itself is responsive.

Oh my goodness. Thank you so so much!!! That did it, I think! Xoxoxo

Hi, I’m having the same problem. I disabled the jetpack mobile theme, but my site looks completely wrong on any mobile device. It’s tiny and has the blue drop down menu and my header image is gone. It’s terrible! When I try to adjust it in the customizer it looks fine. But on my phone or tablet – terrible! Please help!

    Hi makeadlib.

I’ve just visited your website and it looks completely normal on mobile. Most likely you’re pulling the old cached pages.
Please empty your browser’s cache and check again. Also, empty/purge any caching plugin you might be using on your hosting/WordPress installation.

If you need any additional assistance with this, let us know.

    Kind regards.

That worked! Thank you so much!!!
