How to remove /blog from URL

    I wanted to remove /blog from the URL and once I did that now I cannot go back into the dashboard to update it and get the site back up. I really need help. I cannot even go into wordpress now just says 404 file not found! Please help me. How do I fix this I am on wordpress add on for yahoo.com
