how to remove /blog/ from posts only

Hi,
I have a website and its hosted on windows hosting .aspx and I have install wordpress in blog folder.
When I create posts, permalink shows like https://www.mysite.com/blog/mypost
I would like to remove /blog/ from posts I create
How can I do this?
