• I have a Flossy custom design website – https://www.bexpidgeon.co.uk

Does anyone know how to remove ‘the latest blog posts’ from the bottom of the static home page?

I’ve copied and pasted a few codes suggested on other posts into the CSS field but they didn’t seem to work.

Please bear in mind I’m super new to this stuff so I’m afraid you’ll have to put it in simple terms!

    Many thanks,
    Bex

    THEME COFFEE MONKEY

    Hi Bex!

Hope you are having a good day so far! I do have to ask the question of what theme are you using and where did you get it from?

The theme is what will show that part and depending on how it was coded you may have to create a child theme of it to remove it. If you haven’t already I suggest asking the theme’s author for help about that since they would know the codebase much better.

Which does bring up the second part of that question. If it is a commercial theme ( paid ) you would need to ask in their support channel since commercial products are not supported on these forums.

Have you tried changing “Front page displays” in setting/reading to a static page?
