How to remove Backticks In URL / Post Slug

I know wordpress automatically strips commas and apostrophes from the post slug, but it doesn’t do that for backticks.

my users post copy their posts from a program that interprets apostrophes as backtips. So they backticks get pasted into the title field.

I know there’s a sanitize filter i can hook into. How do I do it?
