How to remove background image from page title

Hello, how are you? I tried to submit a ticket for technical support but the Support link on your site doesn’t seem to be working.

I’ve purchased the Specia-Proficient theme license and I uploaded the pre-made demos to help with building my site. There is a feature, however, that I cannot get rid of and I’ve tried exploring all of the options.

I want to remove the image that appears behind the page heading – so for example – the About page the word “About” as the title of the page appears with a faded image behind it. I’ve tried removing all the images from my library and exploring all of the customization settings but nothing seems to work. Is there a snippet of code I can add to the custom CSS.
