Hello. I recently migrated my WordPress site to a subdomain, however lots of the images on my posts seem to be served by your CDN – I had something called Image Optimizer with Jetpack switched on, or something similar.

I completely removed Jetpack 3 days ago, yet most of my website images are still trying to be served from https://i2.wp.com/worldofwinfield.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/…

How do I end this? All the images are on my server – I don’t want any on ip.wp.com, etc.

    Thanks

    James

    Hi @jamesthemonkeh,

Since you’ve already removed Jetpack from your site, your images should stop being served from our CDN. I checked the link you shared and couldn’t find images being served from our CDN anymore. However, if they’re still being served from?i2.wp.com, this could be due to caching on your site or your browser.

Please try clearing any caches associated with your WordPress site, which might include your hosting’s server cache, any WordPress caching plugins you have installed, or any other caching mechanisms in place.

Additionally, clear your browser cache to ensure that it is not serving old, cached data.

Thanks for the response. Yes, it looks like either late yesterday or this morning these were removed.

    Hi @jamesthemonkeh,

It’s good to hear that the images are no longer being served from the CDN. Given that, I’m going to mark this as Solved and if anything else comes up, feel free to open a new thread.

    Best!
