How to remove all content on top of a page

    Hello,

    I am trying to get rid of everything on my page above the Revolution Slider.
    That includes the website title, tagline, search, page title, and “edit this” link.
    Basically, I just want to have the slider be at the top of the page with nothing else (but maybe make a sticky menu later).

    Can someone please help me do this?
