How to remove /#/ after url

Hello, When im at my webpage https://mysite.info – example
and i click a page link or any category the link changes to:https://mysite.info/#/?cat=3
or https://mysite.info/#/?p=262when i click Home : or https://mysite.info/#/https://mysite.info
what to do??
