How to remove Admin Floating Slider

    If you click the <<< on the bottom right while logged in as admin, you can’t remove the slider again, at least I could not figure out how to do that.

    Nothing in the settings that I could find.

    It says:

    “This widget is only visible to you as admin. You can hide it forever.”

    The text “hide it forever”, which is highlighted, is not a link and does not do anything.

    The box is mostly hidden by content on the webpage, so I can’t even read it properly anyway.

    Website FAQ does not mention how to remove this either.

    I searched this forum and couldn’t find anything either.

    I was finally able to see the “>>>” button by narrowing the page to a mobile view and clicking it. Frustrating.

    I cannot remove it. How to get rid of it? I’m ready to just get a different plugin.

    Thanks for reporting that @xeramax. It’s strange, only very few users seem to have that problem, and we cannot replicate it. For flaxton (see above), the solution was to narrow the page to a mobile view and clicking on the >>>. Does that work for you?

    If it doesn’t it seems to be a different issue. For that please open a new support thread. We’ll get to the bottom of it for sure! ??

    I’ve pressed >>> but the widget is still there.

    No I can’t.

    You know the problem, either come up with a solution or we’ll use another plugin.

    Your issue is a different one as from the user who reported a similar issue, so it requires a different solution. It’s WordPress policy to not use other people’s threads, we’re just sticking to them. Also it only takes a few seconds. We’re happy to then help for free.
