    Mod_Security is NOT on cPanel -> Securities

  • Could you clarify what you mean by “is not on the internet” ? Do you mean you are hosting your website locally?

    Just in case, can you try adding this to your .htaccess file and try again?

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </IfModule>

    Also, if you had disabled it via your cpanel dashboard recently, you will need to restart the web server for the settings to apply.

    I believe in managed cPanel services this can be accomplished by changing the major PHP version.
