How to remove a rule

I used this plug in to add “Free Second Class Postage in the UK” to the single product page in WooCommerce well over 12 months ago. As the website is no longer giving free postage I want to remove it. However there isn’t an option to remove it. I can add new items and subsequently remove them but not this one that I did over 12 months ago. Can anyone help as to how I do it or where I can find the html inorder to delete it from there.
